When we started planning the wedding Mary and Tom knew that they wanted to host an affair that really reflected them as a couple- something that would feel effortless and elegant and really put an emphasis on those that mean most to them. Molly and Matt met through mutual friends a decade before their first date. Over the years they were friends but it wasn’t until Molly was living in Connecticut and Matt was living in Manhattan that the two started seeing each other. Once they were together It didn’t take long to realize they wanted to make it permanent. Just 14 months after that first date, Matt got down on one knee on the art museum steps during a Christmas light tour, while Molly’s grandfather hid to take pictures. Philadelphia Flyers mascot Gritty crashed Caitlin and Sean’s December wedding reception at Manufacturers’ Golf & Country Club. After a beautiful ceremony at St. Mary Magdalen guests were just starting to party when Gritty arrived to the reception rocking his Santa suit. The crowd went wild as Gritty entertained them with his dance moves. It was truly a Christmas miracle for this room full of die hard Flyers fans!
